What better way to celebrate the start of this new season than to start planning a trip to the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge and Ingersoll Wetlands Learning Center 7071 Riverview Road Thomson, Illinois 61285. Golf Cart Tours of the Refuge will resume on Thursday, May 1st 2014 and run through September. The tours run the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month and the 3rd Saturday.
