Stewards of the Upper Mississippi River Refuge (SUMRR), is a non-profit organization dedicated to environmental education, creating quality wildlife habitat, enhancing public understanding of the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge, and to provide assistance to the US Fish and Wildlife Service.
